One of the many pleasures of Life on the road is discovering hidden gems. Blend, a wine bar and art gallery in Bozeman is just such a jewel! The owner is a recovering chef who has branched out to making some pretty great wine. He sources his grapes from the best vineyards on Oregon and Washington, and takes those to new heights. The pinot noir and Syrah were so delicious that we somehow ended up with a case of assorted wines. The ambience is lovely, the conversation superb, and who can resist great wine?
